Azuki powder (Japanese red beans) has been used since the 8th century to gently cleanse and remove impurities from the face.
Ingredients and Properties :
Azuki is rich in saponin, a natural cleanser, folic acids which act on cell renewal and antioxidants. Its enzymes eliminate dead skin and encrusted impurities. The takesumi (bamboo charcoal) is known to attract and retain 3 X more toxins and pollutants than a classic activated carbon, it has outstanding detoxifying and purifying virtues.
Green clay contains many minerals and trace elements, it has absorbent and mineralising properties. Rice starch is traditionally used to protect, moisturise and soften the skin. It contains niacin and amino acids known to protect cells from oxidative stress.

HOW TO USE :
Cleansing : every day. Wet the palms of the hands and then pour 1 teaspoon of powder. Massage over face. Rinse off.
Mask : 2 to 3 times a week Pour 1 tablespoon of powder into a small bowl. Add water. Apply to face. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse off.
